I recently went to a running store and had a 3D image taken of my feet to allow them to develop custom insoles for my workout shoes. The first thing the guy doing the image said when it came out was how high my arches were. My right arch was actually at the very top of their chart. My custom insoles look more like a S than anything else. Well at $72 a paid I cannot exactly afford custom insoles for all my shoes, so I stumbled upon these on Amazon. So far I have used them on sandals, in Converse and in wedges and boots, THEY ARE FANTASTIC. I have had no problem with repositioning them in the first few minutes when I am trying to get it just right and then once I start my day and walk on them for a bit they never move. I absolutely love these and just bought a second set for more of my shoes that do not provide that arch support. Great price point for a fantastic product.

I bought these to support my arches in a few pairs of flat shoes. They were easy to place (and I could easily peel and re-stick to get to placement right). Both gel and fabric coated pairs are comfortable and have stayed in securely in place.

These are wonderful arches. Very sticky and can re-stick over and over. very comfortable. I also ordered a less expensive set for only $6 to try. They are fine, but not as sticky as these. I will be ordering more when they come back in stock.

Nice to get 5 pairs. I would have to say these are quite thin. Arch is about 1/3" thick at most; that is just an estimate. I put them in 5 pairs of shoes. Definitely better than nothing.

These are amazing. They add just enough support so I can wear my shoes all day! Flats, heels, sandals it doesn’t matter. Perfect for all shoe types.

Of everything I have tried these supports have been the most effective in addressing my plantar fasciitis and reducing the pain from that. The only thing I wish she said they would stay stuck in the shoe longer. I bought a glue from Walmart that I’m going to try so that I can keep these arch supports permanently in all my shoes. I’ll post if the glue works.

It is a super good product that can be steadily attached to the insole and does not go wrong. I am very satisfied.

These are a great alternative. I’ve added them to sandals and moccasins that have lost some of their structure. The gel is cushy enough for comfort but provides support to the arch without the bulk.
