It was really close and worked not exact fit. But slid on and worked fine.
This was not a exact fit, it did work and work fine and able to shift all the gears specially reverse and fifth.

Fits 2012 Volkswagen Jetta SE 5 speed
Was doing a clutch job on my 2012 Volkswagen Jetta SE with the five-speed manual transmission and broke this part when taking it off of the shifter assembly. This part was significantly less expensive than the original part from the Volkswagen dealership and showed up quickly it fit correctly easy to install it on the reassembly of the transmission. It's been in there for a couple months at this point and I haven't noticed any issues with either the quality or performance of the part would recommend.

Seems to work! The 3 tangs didn't seat completely on my cable, but it hasn't affected operation.

Works so far, but bad fitment for "front to back" cable
So far its working, but the hole is to big to fit snugly on the pin on the shifter. Slop is no good in shifter cables. I took a piece of small fuel line and slid it down on top of the pin to take up some of the play.
