This is working for my dog! I took him to a veterinary optometrist a few weeks ago and his eyes were examined. The vet figured he had about 75% loss of vision in his left eye and 50% loss in his right. While this vet said "there isn't anything you can feed him or any drops for his eyes that will reverse the cataracts" these days I put a lot more faith in opinions that come from people or entities that don't have an agenda. Of course the vet wanted to sell me cataract surgery at $2500 or so per eye, but worse than the price was the trauma for my 14 year old and quite large pup. He's had both knees operated on for torn cruciate ligaments in the last 4 years with excellent results thankfully, but I don't want to put him through another surgery if I can avoid it. I decided to try these for a few months to see if they helped. THEY DO! He's most definitely seeing better after a couple of weeks. I have been administering them at one drop to each eye between 6-12 times a day and there is absolutely improvement. He is seeing things farther away than he was before I started. I intend to take him back to the ophthalmologist in a few months for a follow up exam. I will post before and after pictures from the vet at that time.UPDATE: It might work for some dogs, but didn't work for mine. I used 6 bottles as recommended and his cataracts progressed. I stopped using it a long time ago now and they've continued to progress.

We originally order this product with amazon. however the packaged never arrived and proper credit given. We ordered from another vendor until resolved and am pleased say it is making a small difference. This product works over the long term and must be applied 4-6 times per day. We used one drop in each eye. Yorkie lost all sight. After applying the drops, our little yorkie can actually see out of the corner of her eye now. She is not walking into things and can see the door opening now!! Am writing this review from an honest perspective and how it has helped our little fur baby. Improvement is a surprised blessing. For anyone who wishes an alternative to 3-4k surgery -- give it a try. Well I asked my dog what he thinks and I could not get him to respond. Lol.. but his eyes look better than before just beautiful. He is 10 years old and bopping around like he is 3 again. I do have to note that there seems to be sting or he blinks one eye more than the other when the drops are administered. We don’t use it every day because we don’t know what he thinks. But we will continue to use this product with hope in the progression of healing and that things will continue to get better. Hope this helps someone.

I was hopeful for some relief for my blind dog (do to diabetes), but the results so far has truly been amazing. The instructions say six to nine times a day. But due to work hours the times have varied from three to five or six times a day. After the first bottle has been depleted (almost three weeks time), the white cloud over her eyes has begun to look medium milky blue. She has not run into doors walls and is now looking up into my eyes again. Even seeing people walking down the road and chasing after them in the yard. She has not been like this in years! I was hoping for at least a 25% improvement but I think it is almost 50% improvement. I cannot wait until the next bottle is done. If it keeps going like this I will definitely buy another box. Thank you Bright Eyes you have made me and my little girl so happy. She has a good portion of her life back. Love you :)

( the instructions :One 5 ml bottle contains approx 100 drops, the recommended course of treatment is to use one box of 2 x 5ml bottles a week, for a period of 6 weeks ( 6 boxes ) apply hourly 8, 9 or 10 times daily to affected eye(s) Apply one to two drops per eye upon each applicationthat is a total of approximately 600.00 dollars and that is only for dogs with mild cataracts, for severe cataracts as my dog has, it is recommended to use for about 6 months to see any effects. That is a total of 400.00 a month x 6 mo = 2400.00 dollars close to the amount of cataract surgery but with no guarantees it will work, for my dog. Whereas cataract surgery has an 90% chance of working. Though this product seems to have been working for some dog owners ETHOS should tell you the costs right from the start, but they hide that fact, probably because you would do better to put that money toward removing the cataract from at least one eye of your mans best friend, with cataract surgery, for approx the 2000.00 vet cost instead of trying there product, which is just as expensive! it is dis- honest

This product wasn't worth buying. It did absolutely Nothing to help my dog.

I was very excited when I read all the reviews, but I have not used the drops on my dog that long yet, nor have I used it consistently or used as many drops as directed! Every hour is a lot of drops, plus the cost! I only gave three stars because of good reviews and I'm hoping it starts to work soon, but at this point I cannot say it does or does not work!
