ASURION 4 Year Tablet Accident Protection Plan ($250 - $299.99)

just what my title saidsold as a supplement insurance - but it seemed I was between the amazon return date and the manufacturers warranty.....I never heard back from lenovo or amazon about this going on 48 hoursBe careful where you spend your money as ALL these people seem to give you the run around.you buy extra insurance so you wont have these difficulties - they say "no questions asked"My laptop just died - I dont know what happened - maybe if I backed over it accidentally with my john deere it would have been covered.shame on you lenovo, amazon, and asurion

This is the first time I have bought an extended warranty for anything. I purchased an iPad for my son and was concerned about him potentially spilling a drink or dropping the tablet. This policy promised to cover that.And it did! I called Asurion to make a claim due to water spilling on it ( tablet turned on, but screen was all white). They sent a prepaid shipping label and I mailed it first thing on Monday. I had the tablet returned repaired and fully functional on Thursday of the same week. Needless to say I was thrilled! Thank you for taking care of my claim in such a quick and easy manner.

The plan allows 4 years of coverage. While I have not yet needed to use it, there is a reassurance that we have a plan to reach out to if we need help with our IPAD Air.

The tablet we purchased was for our grandson with autism. It has a greater chance of being damaged and it's nice to know we have Asurion protection

Well I don't and won't know how good you are until there is a problem, however you have supplied me with all the needed information, and that's all I know at present.

I have called Asurion four times for a cracked screen. I have gotten four different answers. I was told to call UPS but can't get a live person.

I dont know how to rate a protection plan

Will give a five star rating for now, but haven't had to use it yet.
