My left ankle swells up from use/arthritis, etc. I bought these sleeves thinking the compression would help during the day. I don't use them when I am exercising. The first sleeve I used got a run in it the first day. I was surprised by sliding it up, it got a run in it so easily. I was very careful putting the second one on and it worked well for 10 days. The last 4-5 days, it is already falling apart with the inside seam not stitched all around. It still works ok, I just cut the threads and parts fraying off. I've had them two weeks and I am not sure how long they will last. I think they work fine but it's hard for me to give it more than 3 stars. They don't appear they'll hold up more than a month for me. I was expecting a bit longer...even 3-4 months between purchases would have been acceptable.
