Lovely heater

Bought for hallway and not disappointed. Love that I can control temp and times. Heater takes the chill out of the hall wall nicely.Really good value from a name that I trust.

Only downside is it is almost impossible to read what mode it is in without getting down to the same level as the display, especially if the red indicator light is on. Otherwise great product - heats up quickly and choice of temperature settings is useful.

My old one packed up I think the thermostat went. I found the same one here and it does the job. The old one had a turn dial where this one you can set the temp so hopefully it lasts.

This is the third Dimplex panel heater I have bought. We experienced no problems setting up the timer for daily use, i.e.. to come on and off once a day. It even has an energy efficiency feature, which allows it to come on and off once it's gets to (or goes under) a certain temperature. I work in a very cold room, but his has been a game changer!

Should you buy an electrical item from this seller and it goes wrong after 30 days, they have a No Returns policy. I was advised by the seller to get onto Dimplex, which I have done and they say the item is still in warranty and I should contact the seller or Amazon. I have contacted Amazon, they in one email said they would refund me but have since sent another, denying the refund.This seller has terrible reviews and should be avoided in my personal experience.
