Mine stopped giving steam after a couple Of weeks any ideas how to fix it??

I had this problem but managed to fix mine. It happens when you remove the filter or change it. To fix it you need to make sure the filter is reaching to the top, what I did was inserted a plastic wire tie at the bottom of the filter section so the filter is raised up high. Then insert USB and test if it didn't hold in angle sometimes that helps then put it back of the water unit. It may stop working again but again hold it in angle for few second and it should work as normal again.

Is this the same product type like the mist humidifiers that take water and essential oils?

This one takes water but not essential oils. The one I bought didn't work so I sent it back.

Hi i accidentally tipped it over whilst running it, then the white led light switched on. What was this? Can i just keep using it?

Because it does not expel the most with any great force and most of it falls back down. I placed mine on a fibre optic cloth
