Received my order last week. So far so good. Here are some review comments: • The overall size of the item is small but surprisingly heavy (definitely more than 10oz). The small size makes it convenient for editing and adjusting tool parameters with one hand, while using a graphics tablet on the other. • It has a nice usb pass-through port, which works great with my wireless mouse. This design is very user friendly. • The item is solid built with high quality materials. Both the hardware and the software work properly. The manual instruction is clear. They also have a website which has more info including the drivers that you need. I simply followed those steps and didn’t encounter any issues to set it up. • It works well with my Wacom tablet. Now, I don’t need to use my keyboard for Photoshop. Overall, I am very satisfied with this Tourbox and would highly recommend it to anyone who does graphic design.

Okay, I finally got the Tourbox Neo delivered to my place today. The setup is really complicated due to my 9 years old computer which is nearly outdated. I refused to spend another three thousands dollars to buy a new PC for creating art faster. Even though, this little old PC is still the best working along well with the Tourbox!After contacted Amazon Customer support for a refund, but I did contacted Tourbox Tech support instead for the issued I'm having with bug (as not being a tech savvy), because I don't know much crap about computer stuff, while one of the Tourbox Text Support via Facebook messenger. She has been patiently and do all her best helped me get the software installed and running on my PC. It's has been half hour and nearly gave up and take it back to Amazon for a refund. In the end, she did all she could, and finally -- after 3 hours of trying to get the Tourbox latest software running, because of Norton anti-virus has blocked the software! And because my PC doesn't has the latest program installed which Tourbox Tech didn't created CP2010 Lab installer. That's why the Tourbox tech support email me the file to download it and run. Then bam! The program run wonderful with Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign CC, After Effects, Premiere Pro CC, Blender, Zbrush and even Tourbox work with Windows Explorer Folder including Google Chrome browser!I'm grateful she did everything she could and saved my days! The Tourbox tech support did a great job walked me through it and finally got it run after turned off the anti-virus and got this going. I'm now trying to figure out setting up Photoshop and Premiere Pro shortcut keys to run this little guy!Big thanks to the Tourbox Tech support for all the best she could helps work together with me getting the software work on my Windows 8.1 PC. That's why she is the best!Pros:1. Run great with the previous versions and latest Adobe Apps CC 2018 and 2021.2. Run great with Blender, Zbrush, Cinema 4D, Maya and all other 3D softwares.3. Run almost all digital art apps such SAI, ArtRage 2, and Corel Painter.4. Even you can create shortcuts key set up for Windows Explorer Folder!5. Run great with Google Chrome browser. Not sure about Firefox, so I haven't try test it yet!6. Run great with VLC video player!Cons:Difficult setup with Tourbox Windows application installation.

UPDATE: Tourbox's support is great. Shipped me a new unit and made me aware of a software update that resolves some of the issues. Moved back to 4 stars and hoping the next software release gives me a reason to give it the 5 stars it deserved. The hardware is top notch.UPDATE (2 Months light use): Had to remove a star because the DIAL no longer works properly. It is the only control whose functionality has changed with no corresponding software change so I believe it is a hardware failure. When I use it to jog forward in a video or animation it jumps backward randomly resulting in a very jerky motion that's frustratingly imprecise; jogging backward works fine. As a result I have removed 1 star. I have contacted TourBox and requested a replacement. Will update. I do not use this professionally, only for a hobby and therefore my usage is lite (1-2hrs a day at most) NOTE: Console v1.1 beta is better, but still has basic issues.Device is well built with smooth controls and weight to keep it from moving around as you use it. The software however leaves a lot to be desired. It opens full screen, so you start by having to close it. It doesn't sense which program has the focus and switch profiles automatically, you have to open it and select the profile yourself. Imagine how frustrating that gets if you move between two applications, like Photoshop and Vegas for instance. Gave it two stars in hopes they'll get the software figured out; without that it would be a 1 star and a return.

I saw an online view for the Tourbox and I was a bit skeptical. The price was good, the size was perfect, and it seemed that the features were too good to be true. But, I took a gamble and I won. This device is amazing. I have it set up for Final Cut Pro X and Photoshop Elements 2020. It automatically knows which program I'm using and lets me take care of bunches of shortcuts with the click of a button. Build quality is excellent and it's easy to learn. I just print out the schematic from the online software and keep that by my computer. The Tourbox saves me a lot of time.
