I tried this tea through a friend because of "regularity" issues and found it to be very helpful. One cup in the evening gets the motivation going. I noticed some people said they drank it 3 times a day. I myself wouldn't recommend that, I drank it twice one day and found myself making way too frequent visits to restroom. It does help with water retention, but start with once a day I would say.

One of the best natural ways to good health!
It works and I feel so healthy....it helps me keep my weight down and I am never constipated anymore. I drink it (one cup with one tea bag) every night...loss of belly weight is obvious. It has proven to be a great addition to an already healthy diet. Make sure you order this brand and from Amazon because some suppliers have used this same packaging with a product that is substandard and not effective.
