Effective and easy to use
This product is an excellent fire starter. We not only use it for our indoor fireplace,now we use it for our outside fire ring as well. Forget wadding up newspapers or using bar-b-que lighter(for the outside,naturally),because these small of wood do the trick. I did learn, however,not to hold the firestarted over my stone hearth;if it drips it will leave a stain. I light the bottom of the stick to get it started and hold it vertically before putting it in the fireplace. Excellent product, and always delivered on time!

These are not good. Very hard to break apart at their perforations. Very hard to light. Had to resort to using a blowtorch on many, lighter wouldn't cut it.And at that point, why use it.
