so well infact a family member wants a bigger and heaver cabinet for this next cabinet I will use 6 of these great legs. OH and
for the price you can't go wrong, they are made in China (i wish they were US made) and the feet are a silver color (mid century ones were almost always a gold color) but they appear to be a hard wood and seem to work well,They seem to hold quite a bit of weight too, I had made a mid century style entertainment cabinet to hide all my ugly modern electronics and about two hundred vinyl records and four of these legs have held up extremely well, so well infact a family member wants a bigger and heaver cabinet for this next cabinet I will use 6 of these great legs. OH and I should mention so far I have only cleared these legs with a water based polyurethane but they held their natural color well.

Simple and understated yet functional and perfect for your mid-century modern look.
These worked perfectly for the mid-century modern dresser I had custom-built for a rental property in La Paz Mexico. It's so hard to find nice pieces in the area so I found a local carpenter and gave him specs to build a dresser for me. I brought down these legs as well as knobs (Cosmas 3312BB Brushed Brass Contemporary Cabinet Hardware Finger Pull - 3/4" Diameter) that I found on Amazon. I was able to get the look I was after with just a coat of metallic gold spray paint. They are simple and understated yet functional and perfect for your mid-century modern look. I did have to purchase the brackets separately - they are also on Amazon with the same seller. You can choose brackets that will install the legs at an angle or straight.

Fine for the Price. Don't expect quality or color consistency.
I recently bought an Ikea Norsborg sofa and wanted different legs than the standard Ikea fare. I assumed I would have to also use some conversion plates to attach these to the couch, but surprisingly they fit, with no adapter. They are pretty cheap feeling, but I didn't expect luxury at this price. They seem sturdy enough for a stationary couch leg. The reason they lose a star is because they were so varied in the color. I planned to stain them anyway, so hopefully it won't be much of an issue, but if you're looking to buy these and use them as-is it may be the luck of the draw as to whether you will get a consistent color. You can see the color variation in my photo.

I gave it 3 stars because they are a good price and came on
The bottom of the legs broke off within minutes of use, the base of the leg was held on by one rivet, not very strong at all and the screw is extremely short so i had to replace them as well. I gave it 3 stars because they are a good price and came on time

What happened?
These waddell tapered round legs used to be of somewhat quality. They had a brushed silver colored metal foot and the wood always stained nicely with the posts centered for screwing into the bracket. Now they have decided to lessen the quality of their legs, using crappy left over wood that stains terribly. The legs look like a calico cat after staining them! (no disrespect to the cat, but I dont like my furniture to look like one!) Very patchy, uneven and unprofessional. They don't even stain the same color. It looks like a rainbow of shades. The feet are now a cheap gold color that flakes off easily. The posts for screwing them into the brackets are poorly installed, not centered so they wobble when screwing them in. These legs were worth the few dollars I used to pay for them and now they are worth maybe 99 cents a piece, but still cost the same as when they were a higher quality.

Good quality mid century look
Great legs. Used on bathroom vanity. Easy to install with screw in bracket (sold separately) and sealed with water proofing material

paints well
I revamped a piece of furniture found on the side of the road and the legs on it were atrocious. I wanted something mid-century modern but I didn't wanna pay a lot because this is my first time flipping a piece of furniture so its just a practice piece. I taped off the top part and spray painted the feet black and then painted the leg part gold with some acrylic paint. the wood really soaked up the paint so I had to go over it twice. In the picture one of them looks crooked but that is because of the furniture having the insert crooked and is no fault of the leg itself.

I really liked these. Turned an IKEA shelf into a piece with more character.
We put these legs on an IKEA cube and turned it into an adorable mid-century looking shelf. The legs didn't look or feel cheap at all (per other reviewers). I have an actual mid-century piece of furniture with the original tapered legs just like this and they seem the same to me. I would recommend these, however we only have used on furniture that does not get moved around a lot, and doesn't hold more than 100lbs of weight. I would still buy them and try them on other pieces of furniture. Less expensive than a set of tapered legs I purchased from another manufacturer, and those are still in the box in the garage, after 4 years.
