Review: I love hijiki and keep this on my subscription list - I love hijiki seaweed, and have this brand on subscription along with the wakame. My husband and I order a big family pack of seaweed from Larch of Maine Seaweed because my husband actually helped Larch harvest decades back. His family pack does not include hijiki, Hence why I order it separately. One of my favorite ways to prepare hijiki is stir fried with carrot and sweet onion in sesame oil, adding shoyu at the end. Simple, but the carrot and sweet onion provide a nice balance of sweet flavor with the hijiki mild taste of the sea. I'm a macrobiotic counselor, and have a recipe book with several recipes using hijiki. If you've never tried it, hijiki from this company comes in skinny stringy strands which swell once they soak. Add to stir fries and vegetable dishes to boost the mineral content of your meals. Review: Good product - Decent price. Have used several times making seaweed salad. No complaints about the product.

Glad I found this on Amazon.

High Quality
I just soak it, cook it with seasoning and salt. If you let it sit there over night, the flavor gets better. Eat it cold or warm

This is the real deal.
I love seaweed, and hijiki is my favorite. I have tried other brands, organic etc. This brand is the only one that has the bold, dark hijiki color and flavor, and the price is pretty good. I soak it and add it to chopped onions, matchstick cut carrots and daikon, sauted in toasted sesame oil ad coconut aminos and sauted for five minutes more. Maybe some salt and a touch of rice vinegar. Yum!

Nice product that very overpriced for the size
Overpriced but nice shipping. I was not able to find this locally around New Year's because the local huge Asian store was low on stock. Was almost three times the price of buying local. Now that they are restocked would not buy again. Same item for less than half the price. Nice product though

Mittelfein
Meine Lieblingsvariante. Dafür nimmt man längere Hijiki.
