It's a great Catechism with rich history but I do recommend the "regular" Catechism as well to have the references you need for study and/or apologetics. Very readable
It's wonderful. Be warned, the Council of Trent version isn't the Catechism you grew up with. I believe it is a pastoral version, focusing on beliefs and their explanation plainly for an audience. High readability, especially for those that want to try and tackle it over a year. It's a great Catechism with rich history but I do recommend the "regular" Catechism as well to have the references you need for study and/or apologetics.

Book is what I expected
I liked the catechism book and learning about my faith.

Got it witin a week.
I have one of these books on the Catechism of the Catholic Church, but it goes into quite detail. I am at the end of my third year of studies for the (Brothers and Sisters of Penance/Order of St. Francis) and I used this book for my last lesson. It was so much more easier than the other one I own. Thank you for making my lessons easier to comprehend. I give it and the seller a 5+++++ star rating for their quality book.

Catechism of the Catholic Church
No words can describe this book. Its like having an encyclopedia. All the information and questions you ever had will cease as you read. The table of contents is perfect and so easy to follow. Whatever you want to know you can go to the articles and find the information in simple language. You will love the " Index of Citations" It list the Sacred Scriptures each book of the bible in relations to what you are reading. That's wonderful!

WHAT The Catholic Church really believes
Protestant? Read this and, YES, it will challenge most or all of your beliefs (many intentional lies or falsehoods) about what the Church that Jesus established on Peter, the Apostles, and their Successors really believes. Catholic? This will strongly re-energize your Faith in Jesus and in being Catholic.

Unbelievable condition!
As per the description, I expected some writing in the book. It is practically brand new and unused! I had been looking for a hardback version and most were $50 and over, I got this one for less than $4! I’m so pleased with this purchase!

Kindle version - DO NOT BUY CONTAINS ONLY 1.25% OF THE CATECHISM!
This is not a review of the text of the Catechism (this Kindle version does not contain enough of the text to enable a review to be given, should that be necessary!) but a warning about this Kindle version of the text. Clearly something has gone seriously wrong in the preparation of this Kindle version since it only includes paras 1076 to 1112 of the Catechism and not the other 2829 paragraphs!! (i.e. only about 1.25% of the Catechism). I have emailed Amazon about this and asked for a refund. I have suggested they remove the product from the Kindle store until this problem can be addressed.

No article numbers
Returned. The book doesn't carry article numbers. Totally not acceptable for an authentic text to be changed in this fashion. Please stick to the original version layout.
