Biocorneum Silicone Scar Gel with SPF 30, Fast-Drying Scar Cream, 10g

I used this gel on a scar on my arm, and it has been a helpful part of my scar-care routine. The area has continued to recover well, and I like that this product combines silicone gel with SPF 30. The sun protection is an important advantage for me. Scars can become more noticeable or darker with sun exposure, so having SPF in the same product makes daytime care more convenient. The main drawback is the price, especially considering the small tube, but I still think the formula offers something useful that many basic scar gels do not. Be sure to follow the directions and wait until the wound is fully closed before applying it. It should not be used on an open wound. Overall, this is a very good product despite the higher cost.

Very expensive but works very well. Two weeks and my scars have faded considerably. It was recommended by surgeon. I bought the $59 one and it’s a very small bottle.

Bought this for a neck scar I have from cervical spine surgery. It came recommended and it’s been working great to heal my incision/scar from survey I had on 6/26/26. It also protects the incision/scar from being exposed to the sun (sunscreen). The sun inhibits good scar healing. I highly recommend it! It’s on the pricey side, but when it comes to scars. It’s worth it! You need to use a lot at one time.

This scar gel is great when you can't wear silicon tape! A little goes a long way. It helps reduce the redness of scars.

This works… give it time. I had a huge scar on my nose due to using a scrubber and I was upset it chipped off skin from my nose. Used this. And it went away overtime

After surgery I was left with this awful scar that was caused by the rubber of an inhaler mask. I was so heartbroken because the scar was very noticeable after scabbing. I decided to do some research and came across this product. I’ve been using this product now for about a week. Yes just a week. The pigmentation of my scar has tremendously improved. I highly recommend & will continue to use this product.
