This GoodCook 11-inch square griddle pan was just what I needed for cooking steak-umms. I prefer to cook them whole rather than break them up, and this pan fits two side by side perfectly. It heats evenly and cleans up easily, which makes it great for quick meals. Mine did arrive with a small bend, but it hasn’t affected performance so far.

Love this griddle pan! Easy to clean and use! Distributes heat evenly! Such a good price for this pan! Had some trouble at the beginning with it spelling like something in the bottom of the pan was burning off and it looks like something was burning off. Not sure what that was about, but no problems now and it works great!

I mostly use fully stainless steel pots and pans, but sometimes a meal just calls for something a little more nonstick than a spray can accomplish. (Pancakes! Grilled cheese!) This pan did great. It's quite large and could hold four burger patties at once. The low edge was plenty to contain the grease. I took off one star because I don't think it would be durable enough to tolerate the frequency of use I put my other cookware though, but for the price it is still fantastic even if you have to replace it every few years.

Only been a few weeks but so far it’s holding up very well. Doesn’t look like it’s even Ben used. Whatever I cook on it slides right off. So far I’d say it was a very good buy.

Light weight, easy to clean, & cooks even

What a piece of junk this griddle was. On the first use, it warped so badly that the pancake batter all ran to one end and only cooked the pancake on the side that was still touching the range. When it cooled, it was at least 1/2" lower in the middle than the outside. This was done on medium-low heat at about 225 degrees F, so not overheating or leaving on the burner with nothing on it. Non-stick = 5/10, heat distribution = 0/10, handle is a handle. Don't buy this griddle, unless you're up for a challenge and are handy at flattening warped pans with a hammer.

Makes 4 French toast easily and it’s super light love it so far. Seems like good quality but only time will tell but 6 months in so far so good

Been using it for months haven’t had any issues. Great for egg sandwiches and grilled cheese. Would give it 5 stars if the edges came up a little higher.
