Finely ground meal has so many uses
I've read that corn is actually a vegetable, a whole grain, and a fruit. Whatever it is, finely stone ground corn meal is a delicious product for yummy cornmeal mush, coating your pizza pan, sprinkling on your loaf of bread before putting it into the oven, or my personal favorite, creating a skillet of corn bread loaded with corn niblets and jalapenos. I'm becoming a fan of Palmetto Farms after first enjoying their corn grits. I also love the muslin in which they market the corn. I put the grits and meal in the freezer in airtight bags to keep them fresh and keep a small amount in the refrigerator in a glass jar.

Best GF cornmeal I've found
Its surprisingly difficult to find a good GF cornmeal - my son has celiac and so we can't play gluten roulette with cornmeal that isn't labelled gluten free. Most that are labelled GF, are ground too fine, or have added sugar - they are just "off" for some reason. Quality cornmeal is essential for a good batch of cornbread or hush puppies - I've also used this in fried okra and fish, and my son used it to make batter for corn dogs. I will continue to buy this cornmeal as my Hubby (who is not gluten intolerant) cannot stand anything other than a cornbread that tastes like it should. I wish I didn't have to pay quite so much, but it is a quality product, and works out not so very much money per recipe.

Just what I was looking for
Gluten free, fine grind, stone-ground cornmeal. Exactly what I was searching for. Cornbread and corn muffins have a great corn taste with none of the grittiness.

Good not Great
It’s good not great but good and price was ok. I’m accustomed to the old grist mill cornmeal I get from a Spring Mill State Park in Indiana it’s expensive but worth it

Best cornbread I've ever made!
I'll take some of that credit myself, but I think this is more flavorful corn meal than others I've tried, which were not stone-ground. I'll be buying it again. I used a ratio of 2 cups of corn flower/1 cup of all-purpose flour, with two eggs, maple sugar (i'm a yankee) and an ear's worth of fresh kernels, and got great results with an otherwise standard recipe (buttermilk, baking soda/powder, etc.) Same recipe I've used before, but it came out better with this corn meal.

Tastes amazing
The cornmeal is expensive but it taste amazing better than any corn meal I’ve ever had. I often boil it as a porridge for my children and they get excited when they know it’s coming. It’s good to know I’m giving them something that they like and it’s also a quality product!!

Great quality
It’s been so hard to find plain corn meal in the grocery stores near me that I had to find it online. In the end, I’m glad I did because this is the best quality I ever tried. Not too thin nor too thick and great taste.
