I am very impressed with how well this works for me since my 2016 cholecystectomy. I suffered for years with severe bouts of painful gas and diarrhea and tried lots of options - no caffeine, no bread, no spicy foods and nothing worked. Started taking Ox Bile and within two weeks my issues went away completely. I take one pill a day with 8 oz of water. No diet restrictions necessary as long as I keep taking the Ox Bile. I thought it would help me with liver and create more bile moving. I discontinued it because my skin became itchy and I started to have a feeling of dry mouth in the morning. Both of those symptoms can be a sign of cholestasis, slowing or stalling of bile flow. As soon as I stopped taking it, symptoms reduced significantly.

These are excellent quality and cheap. They aren't as strong as the Jarrow I used to take but then again that allows me to adjust he dosage more precisely which is a good thing. For non-greasy meals (oatmeal) I would take one and for meals with fat/oil like some chipotle chicken or a tuna sandwhich I'll take two. And if I'm tempting fate with two slices of pizza or a large fillet of fish I'll take three. If you need really strong I would go Jarrow but you want to just keep gallbladder spasms at bay while reducing your fatty intake this is good cheaper alternative.

I've been having gallbladder pressure, it's been light so far...no bad gallbladder attacks yet, and I'm really hoping to keep it that way and delay the possibility of having my gallbladder removed for as long as possible. I've changed my diet to eliminate most saturated fats, but sometimes I do still eat them, you can't avoid them completely, and these pills have helped tremendously since I started taking them almost 2 months ago. I take one halfway through a meal that contains enough oil that I think I need one, and no pressure! Not sure if it's working to wear any stones down, but it helps manage the problem. So far no bad side effects.

Hilft mir bei der Fettverdauung Hatte mir die Kapseln bestellt weil ich vor einem halben Jahr meine Gallenblase raus bekommen habe und seitdem immer Probleme hatte wenn ich was Fettiges gegessen habe. Mein Arzt meinte dass das normal ist weil die Galle jetzt nicht mehr richtig gespeichert wird und hat mir geraten sowas wie Ochsengalle zu probieren. Ehrlich gesagt war ich erst skeptisch ob das überhaupt was bringt, aber nach ein paar Tagen merkte ich schon einen Unterschied. Ich nehme meistens eine Kapsel zu fetthaltigen Mahlzeiten, also wenn es Braten gibt oder Pizza oder sowas. Seitdem habe ich deutlich weniger Beschwerden. Früher hatte ich nach so einem Essen oft Durchfall oder Bauchkrämpfe, das ist jetzt viel besser geworden. Die Kapseln sind relativ groß muss ich sagen, aber ich bekomme sie mit einem Schluck Wasser runter. Sie haben keinen besonderen Geruch oder Geschmack was ich gut finde. Die Dose mit zweihundertvierzig Stück hält bei mir ewig weil ich ja nicht zu jeder Mahlzeit eine nehme, vielleicht ein bis zwei am Tag. Das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis ist damit eigentlich ganz gut. Was ich auch gut finde ist dass keine unnötigen Zusatzstoffe drin sind laut Etikett. Ist halt wirklich nur die Ochsengalle und die Kapselhülle. Habe keine Nebenwirkungen bemerkt bisher. Für Leute die ähnliche Probleme mit der Fettverdauung haben kann ich die auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Hat mir persönlich echt geholfen wieder normaler essen zu können ohne ständig Angst vor den Folgen haben zu müssen.
