Base of the blade is faulty
Want to know whether the rubber base of the jar is available as the rubber of the blade is getting eroded & smelling as if rubber is burning.There is 1 year warranty, how can I get the jar inspected

Product stop working on 14th septmber2019.
Wrost Chinese product ...I have ever used .it stop working within 10 days of delivery and there is no option to return or refund the product refund or return only til 12th September ..now what to do ...how to get warranty or refund ??
