Quiet, easy to use and a must buy item
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Great product. It's so quiet I easily forget that its on and it's so easy to use. I like how it just literally plugs in and you are ready to go. I set mine up and left it running for 24 hours and was shocked at how much water it had collected as you can see in the video and I like the little cut off device when it gets too full and how the light turns red so you can easily tell if it needs emptying.

Not man enough for a small bedroom
This is a very small unit, and it does collect water and is very quiet and easy to use, I don't think its man enough for even a very small room. It didn't collect very much water, but the windows still had condensation on them

Small, discreet, quiet but gets the job done
I recently discovered that one of my cellar cupboards had a problem with compensation damp after finding black mould behind where I’d been storing things. I could physically see where the condensation damp was and it was due to me drying clothes in my cellar. I already use a full size dehumidifier in the cellar but obviously needed something additional in this cupboard space. I wanted something small and discreet to go in the space for this purpose. When the product arrived I was shocked how small it was. It’s the same size as my iron - small it may be but it certainly does the job well. Within aroind 6 hours it had already collected half a tank of water. The light changes from green to red when the tank needs changing - though I usually change it in advance of this.It is incredibly quite so you could use it in and around the home discreetly too. Definitely perfect, particulate size wise, to go in cupboards/wardrobes etc if you have a damp problem here.Very impressed - especially given the price!

Not powerful enough for my needs
I bought this based on it's looks, price, noise level reviews and overall rating on Amazon. Now I've been using it for a while, I would say the noise level is not as quiet as some say, nor is it as noisy as others have said. In an average sized bedroom of about 3m sq, with it being on the other side of the room, it is definitely audible and could be disturbing to some. As it is a kind of white noise, you do zone out from it and personally it wouldn't stop me sleeping, but when you turn it off, you realise the difference for sure!In terms of functionality / usability, it's great - one button and that's it. There is a simple tray to remove every few days to empty the water (depending on the humidity ofcourse).I put it in a room that is north facing and doesn't get much sun and the windows usually have condensation on the inside in the mornings. Having this dehumidifier running in this room isn't stopping the condensation from appearing on the windows in the morning, although it is maybe reducing it somewhat, however it is pulling a decent amount of moisture out of the air so it's definitely doing something and if it wasn't there, that moisture would be going somewhere so I'm glad I have it, but realistically if I wanted to remove the condensation issue, I'd need something more powerful, which in turn would be bigger and noisier, so it's compromise.I will probably get atleast one more in future for other bedrooms given the relatively low price and simplicity of the unit.

Unnecessary expense for device to look good and does nothing in the department it was made for!
British weather and air humidity all year round cause half of British homes to gather moist more then we'd like!Certain type and era build houses are going to be wetter then other and mine is sadly the type that humidity might bring out wet walls and even mould.I've had a different kind of dehumidifier before and was quite impressed how it worked. The reason why I didn't buy previous one again was & is due to it not being availabe and even if it was it wouldn't in with my decor.Reviews for this particular Auzkin were spot on were the photos of how it looks!Unfortunately only one of the two mentioned above are correct; the looks!Item arrived the very next day on Amazon Prime delivery and was packed well.I'm not sure if the model I've had was used before as there was no sticker preventing me from opening the box or maybe that's just the way it is?!Product is simple to operate and as mentioned earlier it looks a part!Noise levels when operating is about the same as laptop's cooling fans when working double time.A lovely green light shows up when device is on, sadly never seen the red light appearing and below are the answers to that. That is about it as it doesn't live up to all the hype people talk about in their reviews! Here's an example; My kitchen is very much a wet part of the house due to French doors always steaming up and constant breeze or draft around the corner of the house from the front gates all the way to back garden. So, I've decided to set the device up in the kitchen 1st and to see what the result will be after it running overnight. The reslut was not what I was expecting it to be at all and it was barely anything in the water tray, around 50ml of water.I've tried for the 2nd night to leave it in the kitchen and again, it didn't gather more then 50ml.3rd night I've left the device in the bathroom with the result being worse then what was when it was in the kitchen.I've tried 2 more rooms with results being no more then 70ml approx. altogether.I've tried to leave the dehumidifier ruining throughout the day in the kitchen when cooking being done and not managed more then 70ml - 80ml!Conclusion?! Dehumidifier is weak, way too weak and I think they've used the time & money spent developing it for aesthetics rather then its main purpose! It is not a complete waste as it works a tiny bit and if tiny bit is what you're after...?!Note:I've borrowed my friend's slightly cheaper and much uglier version dehumidifier for comparison.Result is noticable, with No Brand dehumidifier averaging 200ml in the kitchen per night for two nights.Stronger suction through bigger holes and then, just then there will be some noticable change and it'll finally suit its purpose!I don't recommend this product!

Noisy but great results
Let's start with the negative... This is noisy and it will irritate you whilst whirring away in the background. On the plus side, it looks good and it does a great job of extracting moisture. My daughters bedroom windows are always condensated. This has been running in her room for over a week 24hr a day and it needs emptying every second day. That is a lot of water for a small room. If she was back from uni then we could only run it during the day as it would disturb sleep.Despite the noise, it does a great job in a small area (the bedroom is 10ft x 10ft).
