Very good quality especially the wire cutter. The roller is solid, zero slop like many cheaper models. Well worth the money, zero regrets on this purchase.

adjusting wire thickness is a pain need screw driver to tighten

The adjustable thickness wire cheese slicer is nice, so you can ave whatever thickness you'd like. However, the blade of the regular slicer is somewhat dull, so it drags through the cheese.

The only downside is remembering to tighten the screws each time as they loosen in the dishwasher. But when tightened it's really easy to cut the cheese any thickness you want. The other slicer is good for thin cheeses.

At present can only do one cheese.,Asagio/The slicer sturdy,can adjust the side screws,for thickness/tightness. Works great, and think with this type,could get a replacement wire,also. The spatula type.Did not work well on this cheese. I have food allergies, tht sometimes change. So hoping t try thta one on something softer,when I can.Think it will work great,on a soft cheese platter with crackers,ect.

I got this to use at a party I am giving. It's great. It's so easy to cut my cheese. It was so nice to have this it's so easy to clean and the sturdyness of it is wonderful. I was so amazed at how easy it is to use. The cutter just goes threw the cheese so easy and smoothed. Than the sever piece picks the cheese up and don't break it. This is so durable and the price is great. And this is a great gift to give to your friends who host parties or just to have for holidays.

For the price, I thought that these would be cheap aluminium that would shatter the first time they were dropped; but that is not the case. They are remarkably heavy-duty and the one that has a variable setting to switch thickness, works like a charm! Excellent purchase for the cost.

I used in cheddar and the wire slicer couldn’t hold up for more than a month Didn’t even use it daily.Disappointed

Extremely disappointed...wire on cheese slicer bent first time used!

The wire cutter is difficult to adjust. So much so we have not used it.However, the slicer is genius and helps my children slice a reasonable width of cheese.
