The soap is very creamy, father's well in shower, and smalls nice. The only reason I didn't give five stars is that the bar is big to handle.

South of France soap… you can’t better that that! I love the way it lathers and makes my skin feel and smell good.

I've been using South of France soap for years so was very disappointed when my soap arrived w/out fragrance! It still lathers and is of the highest milled quality (it lasts a LONG time) but the fragrance is another primary reason I use the product.I visited their website, sent an email and received a phone call on the same day. They are replacing the product and acknowledged a manufacturing problem. What more can you ask?I highly recommend their soaps - the best I've ever used.

I love this soap. I have enjoyed dozens of bars. I can't figure out why these bars are brown instead of green and why the fragrance is so faint. The expiration date is 2024, but they look old.

I love the fragrance of this soap.

Clearly these bars had been sitting on a shelf for years and were discolored with age. All the alluring fragrance alluded to the the promotional had long since faded and what remained was an astringent base material scent. That said, all the moisturizing qualities were still present, if you didn’t mind smelling clinical.

I’m not one for writing a review for soap but I had to for this one. I adore the scent how clean I feel after using it. I can’t recommend enough :) FYI - I have the Cote de Azure scent.

This batch had brown blotches in it and the fragrance just wasn't quite what it usually is. Maybe a knock off? Bad batch?
