A good pork broth
A pretty good pork bullion. A bit on the pricey side, butI like it. A good flavor enhancer and a kickstarter to accentuate gravy soups, sauces or help create a hearty broth. Some reviews complained about the sodium content and, or the listed ingredients. I personally didn't find it to be too salty for a broth mix. I didn't read up on anything too alarming in the ingredients either. "Warning!!", Includes high sodium content, thickener, flavor enhancers similar or related to MSG and some GMO, or bioengineered ingredients may be included. I'm not scared, soo tastey😄

The flavoring is amazing, they mix it with lard, so if you’re like me and throwing together a pork noodle bowl, the Quoc Viet Foods Pork Flavored Soup Base tastes like the broth you’ve been cooking for 8 hours in the crockpot. The broth is what you would imagine if you picture the perfect pork broth. I cannot say enough good things, just you gotta try it! I’m looking forward to trying the beef (I’m hoping with tallow) and the chicken….with duck fat? I guess I’ll see!Just go buy it. Or any of the other flavors (if they are as good as the pork)
