I really like this product. I went through a case of these during the last 12 months and had no problem. I ordered a single bag and the coconut slices were hard. I don't know if this was a quality control issue at the factory or just a product that was on the shelf in a store too long. The expiration date on this bag is 24 AUG 2018 and today is 27 OCT 2017. This is why I didn't give the product 5 stars. Since people seem to misunderstand much that they read I will say again...most of this product which I have consumed was as advertised, while the most recent bag was not like the others. I hope this is clear.
