GREAT for your Bones
I caqn't swallow capsules anymore. I open then up into a little dish and use Kombucha to be able to drink them. Strontium is known to be the latest and best bone builder to prevent or treat osteoporosis.

As good as the big brand
This is exactly like Algae Cal Strotium but cheaper. I plan to continue with this product.

Best value for the price
I like that I only have to take two to get the dose I need for my bone protocol, but wish they were smaller. (Standard gelatin capsule size). Too soon to know whether they are helping my bone density.

Bone building
Have not used this particular product long enough to rate, but if similar to other products, with the same potency, it should help with my osteoporosis in providing bone rebuilding qualities

I will keep you updated
I’ve heard this is great for bone loss. I will buy it again until I see results. Everyone knows results from supplements is not a mediate it takes time to build up in your body

Strontium Citrate 680 mg
Year 2007, I had my first bone scan and my doctor put me on actonel 150mg once a month. I put myself on a high calcium, high protein diet. Year 2014, I had my second bone scan and the radiologist needed a copy of the first bone scan report. I stopped by my old doctor's office (He resigned.) and received a copy of the report. I read the report and the radiologist found fracture T4 needs extensive bed rest! My doctor never told me that. The second report came back, "Significant improvement." Actonel was changed to Fosamax because of my insurance company had drug changes. August 2019 I had my third bone scan and was diagnosed with osteoporosis in my left hip but still maintained the same high calcium, high protein diet. I read up on osteoporosis and reports state that taking Strontium Citrate will help build bone strength back. It is too early to tell if it is working as they said in the reports. I will repost after my next bone scan in two years.
