Does it fit a Hyundai Tucson 2012?

I had to modify the headlight housings on my RSX somewhat extensively to adapt them for these projectors to function as I wished. Couldn't tell you about any other vehicle.

What shrouds can i use with these for my 2004 e46? i got the morimoto e46-r shrouds but they dont fit!

These need shrouds that are meant for 3in lenses, the dimensions should be listed for both the projector and the shrouds.

Is there a version that the cut off lines are level?

Level, or not, will be a function of placement upon install. However I think you are looking for a cutoff that is a single line rather than the stepped cutoffs that are common. I'm no expert nor do I claim extensive industry inventory awareness... that said, I've never seen any that weren't stepped. they step down to the drivers (center line) side of the roadway to allow for a higher beam to the edge of the road while keeping the light out of the eyes of oncoming traffic... I assume. At least it seems to work that way for me.
