I use these whenever I have trouble with bloating or a build up of excess gas - at times my stomach swells up, I actually look pregnant, and the pressure pain from the trapped gas is terrible - I tried these and they work for me. The dose I take is 3 tablets and within about 20mins my stomach flattens and the gas starts to go. I'm on my third box of these now and personally recommend them, having tried buscopan, omeprazole, pepto bismol to no effect.

Taken with food and lots of water these are absolutely brilliant for a lactose intolerant person.I have tried Imodium lactase and many other meds but these are the only effective ones.They are not antibiotics or a miracle cure for bowel infections or illness but they stop spasmodic bowl peristalsis to eliminate stomach cramps and diarrhoea! Well recommended !

I am nor on my second pack of Filtrum and it is definitely helping. I am now on my second pack of Filrum and is appears to be helping.

This is fantastic, as a suffer of BAD bile acid diarrhoea, this has helped a grate deal! No cramps, or bloating the BAD is better managed. I'm so happy I am no my 3rd pack and so far result are good.

Sadly this organic wood fibre based product did not suit me or my system. Within hours of taking each dose I had severe stomach and IBS cramping which was the worst pain my IBS has given me over the 35+ years of having bad IBS. I suspect the fibres irritated the lining of my gastrointestinal tract. I can honestly say I never experienced such painful cramps and epic bloating (think pregnant lady of 9 months - and I’m a bloke!) in my entire life. This was the worst IBS I have ever had. Followed by violent stomach upsets again worst ever had. Not for me I’m afraid but for the people that it works for it sounds great. Just be aware that whilst you probably be fine using in it not everyone is. Worth a go I think. If it helps then that’s great. To their merit the seller volunteered a refund before I asked for it when I posted some feedback. Top marks for that. Impressive customer service and I am very grateful for it too.

After a series of reflux, feeling bloated and nauseous, and half way through the acid tablets, again, I read the reviews and decided to give Filtrum a try. With in a few days of taking the tablets my nauseous feeling was under control, then disappeared, my bloating feeling had gone and I feel remarkably better for it. I'm convinced this has worked so purchased another box. The tablets brown, are easy to swallow with no nasty taste.
