Are they reusable or one off?

When I was researching before buying i did read they were reusable, I have stuck some to my windows and kept the sheet they were on so I can store them for next year. Take of the leftover plastic and keep the card. Hope this helps, they attached to my windows really easily and came off the same way..

Would these work if you want them to look from outside in childs bedroom window?

Probably not as well, they probably wouldn't stick for long on the outside..
