Wow, my chocolate chip cookies finally didn't burn on the bottom.I had an issue with all my cookies burning on the bottom, I used foil , bought different cookie pans. It was an irritating experience.I heard about these cooking mates when I was in the grocery store waiting in line . The women in front of me was telling another women about how great these cookie mates were, so I searched for them on amazon. By the time it was time for me to load my groceries on the conveyor belt I found them and I figured it was worth a try.They arrived in two days with amazon primeI immediately opened them, washed them with gental soap and water as instructed and brushed a very light coat of olive oil on the TOP of the cookie sheets (as instructed) . I only baked two cookies to see if it worked and I'm happy to report these cookie sheets are as amazing as the lady in the groceries store said.

I’ve had these for years. They are still holding up good. Saves a lot of stains on your food pans and keeps food from sticking

I try to recycle as much as possible. I use cloth napkins and try to find other uses for already used items. But I do a lot of baking and used a lot of parchment paper. These silicone mats are great. I can pretty much chuck the parchment paper except when making pizzas. Wish they would invent high heat silicone mats for such use. I'd definitely invest in a couple.

I bought some of these on a whim a few months ago. I'd heard good things, but wasn't expecting much. It seemed to me that my old cookie sheets are well seasoned and easy enough to clean most of the time. I didn't expect much difference using these silicone mats, and actually was a bit hesitant to try them. But I was genuinely impressed with the first batch of cookies I tried on them. They were so evenly and lightly browned, and literally slid right off. The mats only felt slightly oily, and were easy to clean in dishwasher. So I thought, Ok, nice treat. But then I used them for fish fillets and it was awesome how much easier .. NO sticking or uneven cooking. Final test that totally blew me away was bacon! We were making bacon and cheese pizzas which is a time consuming lot of bacon, so I tried a whole tray in the oven instead of using the microwave or stove. I don't normally do this because it makes such a mess, but Wow Wow Wow...evenly cooked, beautiful pieces, and cleanup was a total breeze. I am now sold on these mats, and am buying another set as a gift for my daughter's birthday. Wonderful "newfangled" stuff, food safe, and so easy to clean. Just don't use for broiling (that's too hot) and definitely don't use sharp utensils or knives on them, as cutting them destroys them. But that 's pretty easy to avoid when things don't stick to begin with.

I love these mats. They fit my baking pans perfectly, the cookies slide right off and they're easy to clean.

I got my new baking mats last week, and baked sugar cookies with my granddaughter. They came out beautifully - the bottoms were the same color as the top - no excessive browning. I rolled the dough straight out on the mat, my GD cut the cookies and removed the excess dough. Picked up the mat and placed it on the cookie sheet. Not having to transfer the cookies from the counter to the cookie sheet with a spatula meant there were no mis-shapen cookies - they all came out perfectly!

Great product. I use them almost daily. No problems at all. I've used them to bake cookies, chicken, roast veggies, etc. Awesome!

This was my first experience with silicone mats. I used it to roast veggies in the oven. Very easy clean up. Just rinse and dry. Read the care instructions. Seasoning the first time with a little olive oil.
