Real nice for the price
Love it, very firm and feels great, doesn't seem cheap at all, it's a steal for the price, It was a little difficult to put together but maybe that's just me I'm not one to put stuff like this together lol

Overall this is a good, solid chair. Delivery was marked as completed when still pending parts. Due to weight of item, packaging had to be separated. Would recommend handling by two people to avoid damage. Boxes show signs of mishandled. One chair part damaged out of two chairs. Would recommend product. Returning process is time consuming.

Poor quality and customer service
My chair came broken— poor customer service as they would not replace it, only offered to send $20. Spend your money elsewhere!

Poor quality
Ordered this for my wifes salon suite. Came with a splattered rusted spot on bottom of chrome base and the overall quality of the product it very cheaply made
