My Daugter loved it

This is a couple months late as I bought this as a Christmas gift for my wife. This year we decided no gifts for each other as we are at that age where we have what we need, and don't really need much. But as those that are married know " No gifts" still means you better do something! Looking through Amazon this showed up on the top of the page, I clicked on it and thought it was interesting. Looking closer the message on the lid about my Wife was nice, but the song! You Are My Sunshine is kind of our default song. Pillow on the couch says that phrase, not to mention we burst out singing it sometimes. Yeah that's dorky I know, but young love at an old age...hehehe. Christmas Day when she opened it though....small, kind of dainty.... lifted the lid read the note and she Smiled Big! Then the real magic, she turned the crank and listened to "You are My Sunshine", it brought tears to her eyes in happiness. Was better than I could ever have hoped, definitely a WIN! We couldn't be happier with this little music box.

My teenage son gave me this gift because I used to sing this song to him each day on the drive to school when he was little. I love this little music box for that reason. But I did want to add some context regarding its size. It fits neatly between your thumb and index finger. The music plays AS YOU TURN. So, it's not a "wind it up"; after you stop, the entire song plays type of music box. It's cute, though. Not very durable. Handle it with EXTREME care. It's in the category of "play it when you get it," place it on a nice shelf and keep it out of reach of small or clumsy hands. One drop, and more than likely, it's gone.

A bit on the smaller side, but beautiful song, played nicely.

Oh my gosh. This was such a heartwarming and beautiful gift. Beautifully made and the song sounds lovely.

Sometimes even small, inexpensive items make a big impression. This little music box was among several presents I recently bought for my wife. Turn the crank, and it plays "You Are My Sunshine," which is how I feel about her. But it's also the song she often sang to our infant son 52 years ago. It really gave us a wonderful moment.

Small. You have to continuously wind up to play. Inscription hard to read. Will return.

So cute! I bought them as stocking stuffers for my toddler and some younger cousins at a family party. It’s beautifully well made and sounds nice, and is helping my daughter learn some fine motor skills as she figures out how to turn the crank herself.

Beautiful

A great gift and memory to cherish whenever you wind it for her. Because they are super lazy. ou gift and then you wind it. But every time it creates the magic. So gift it dont think.

just what you need to warm your heart ...

I thought this was gonna be really low quality however it’s actually great quality and the sound is of standing my son loves it

Good gift for a 4yr old.
