Easy to use. Fast boil. Just be really conscious that it is a hot metal kettle. Brought one over to the office for our quick lunch of noodles. It was a hit.

This kettle is one of the most useful items in our kitchen. Whether it is for a quick cup of tea, or adding boiling water to facilitate cooking. It is quicker than the stovetop any day. It does seem a bit noisy but it boils a full pot in less than seven minutes. Not bad for half a gallon of water. If you have a big family and need to get instant oatmeal ready in a hurry, this item is for you. It turns off automatically so you can multitask and not worry that it will boil dry. There is no plastic that touches the water as it is boiling. The lid opens completely so you can look directly into the bottom of the kettle with ease. The bottom is cool to the touch even with a full kettle of boiled water. My only observation is that the handle does get hot nearest the lid but the bottom half does not get warm at all. Do not touch the stainless steel side when it is full because it is very hot. I am pleased with this purchase would recommend it to anyone that has a need for hot water in a hurry.

Getting the kettle to set on the base is a little difficult but other than that I am glad I ordered the stainless steel tea kettle. This time of year my main use of it is to boil water to fix hummingbird feed.

I'm a senior with disabilities, so that plays a part when I evaluate a product. This particular kettle is MUCH larger than the one that died, (I could brew 3 cups of coffee out of that one at full capacity). This one makes much more water, which can be convenient, but even at half capacity, this one is a lot heavier to pick up. I haven't been using it a full week yet, so I can't say it's going to be as long lived as the previous kettle was. However, as kettles go, they are an essential at our house. We use it for instant noodles, coffee (we use an AeroPress) and tea regularly. This one isn't as fast as the previous one was, and it's NOISY as well. Normal conversation over the kettle isn't possible. Our previous kettle had a mesh screen to ensure sediments don't come out the spout or insects get into the spout. This one doesn't, it's just holes in the metal wall. It works. It makes a lot of hot water. There is no adjustment on temperature or visible temperature gauge. It shuts off when the kettle comes to a boil. It's just big, slow and noisy while it does it.

Heats water fast and very hot when finished. A small amount of noise but not too bad. If you have to use a drop cord (and I do) it works well but when you lift the pot off of the stand, the stand is so light the cord can drag it off onto the floor. Another thing is you can't heat two pots in a roll. You have to let the pot cool quite a bit before it will turn on again and heat more. But that is actually a good thing, it keeps it from overheating. I just filled it with cold water and set it on the stand, turned it on and after a short while it automatically started heating again. The first pot was still pretty hot when the second was heated so that isn't a problem. As for cleaning, my daughter washed it and said it was aggravating because the lid doesn't come off and gets in the way a little. But not too bad. When you pour the heated water out of the pot you have to pour it slow or it runs down the outside of the pot spilling it. Overall, I like the pot and will buy another later when needed. It is a very good water heating pot, heats the water real hot, it is fast, little noise, shuts off when heated. It also keeps the water hot for a good while after heating and shutting off. I do recommend this pot to anyone.

I received one as a gift and it must have been a dud. It lasted maybe a month before it short circuited. Purchased a second and have had so far, fingers crossed, no issues. I drink a lot of tea, like a lot. So I'm constantly using this thing. I love the light! Such a cute addition, like the automatic shut off once done. Cause setting it and forgetting it is my jam apparently! I love that it stays hot for a long time then stays warm for longer. This thing has changed the way I drink tea and allowed me to drink more as I'm not waiting hours for my tea kettle to to warm up! Noise level is enough to know something is boiling but not enought to alert guest. Love this thing!!

I purchased this a year ago. I have only used it about a dozen times and it stopped working. I went to the manufacturer’s website to submit a support request. The FAQs do not work and their support request, after you fill it out and press submit, it says “not working please try again later.”

My family uses this multiple times a day. We are American, so electric tea kettles aren't really a popular thing, here. But my Asian roommate in grad school had one, and I got used to using it. Since the pandemic started, I've been staying with my parents, and we love drinking tea. But I missed the convenience of an electric kettle. I found this one, and that's how I ended up buying it. My mom loved the sleek look of it as soon as I unboxed it, and she couldn't wait to use it. We cleaned it (which is super easy), and then made our first cups of tea. Since then, we've used it morning and night, for tea, oatmeal, hot water brownies, and so on. So easy! It heats up the water, then cuts off when it's reached optimal temperature. I put 3 for temperature control only because you can't select the temperature you want, but it does turn itself off when it's finished heating your water. We've had it for a while, now. I wanted to wait to rate it to see if we'd have any problems, but it's worked well, so far. Seems to do well even with daily use, multiple times a day, so that's great! And it wasn't expensive, so if it poops out after a year or two, we're fine with just buying another one. I'll probably be getting one for myself, anyway, when I leave home again.

I have no complaints about this glass kettle. It looks nice, works well and is as solidly built as any of the more recognizable brands. Price is right. Good product.

Kettle has good glass/stainless steel design, no plastic leaks to water. Also looks good and has affordable price. It's not so fast to boil, but OK. As a disadvantage, it does not shut down when lifted from the stand. So far so good, will see in a few months.
