Son enjoyed book

It's hard to make a courtroom drama interesting on film, let alone a graphic novel. This was done brilliantly. It was engrossing, and I hung on every word. I decided to read it because of Guy Sims and the connection to the Brotherman comic book series. Brotherman was excellent, so I had high expectations for this...and was not disappointed. Good read. Very good read.

Regardless of whether one is guilty or innocent, it is hard to believe that the kid was falling asleep during the trial and his defense counsel had to wake him up. Cultural shock. True, for the kid, it must have been an overwhelming system, but sleeping during his trial must have looked impudent to the jury. Again, experienced many cultural shocks in this book.
