Awesome sound and easy to install. Its a powerful 360W speaker which my son has installed into an old style 'speaker box' set up he's been building in the trunk of his car. It def adds base and he said that it was easy to connect and loves the new additional 'power' it gives his sound system overall. Good quality build and great sound so we think very good value for money.

i baoght this to replace the blow speaker in may rather old style "speaker box" it was a perfect fit , price was better than buying an set of new speaker and the sound it good enough to use for casual Tv or music listening.

Deceptive Listing. (See photos) After spending $ and a week to custom make the proper size sealed enclosure the speakers arrived and I barely read the printing on the box, which is undermined by the bragging with large fonts "360W". I will update in a few days to describe sound quality, but nowhere does the description state "sealed back". if you double check 1 photo on the website, you may notice this. You can hang these speakers on a hook with no enclosure. Do not buy unless you only want them for a tight space in your car, ie, door panel. Also, the heading on the listing states largely "Mid-bass woofer", then in the text you'll see "mid-range", so be fore warned. The quality is good, will update for sound characteristics but the listing is less than clear what you're getting.Just installed: NO +/- on terminals. Connect a 1/5 V battery to terminals; if cone moves out positive is correct, if moves in, reverse polarity. Sound is "OK", boomy with higher tones and some mids. Bass is strong. This speaker DOES require strong input signal or preamp- not a good stand-alone speaker.

Terminals that you attach the speaker wires to, have no indication between positive and negative so I do not know if the speaker is out of phase. A little red paint on positive would have been sufficient and make the wiring more simple.

I see people saying these have no bass or not enough high end...they're a midrange...and they sound great in their frequency range.
