They sell the same thing at officemax for $100 more. This purchase was a no brainer. One thing I'd like for my next chair is a setting that can lower about another 2-3 inches.

I have been a medical transcriptionist in an office chair for 20 years. This chair is super comfortable and supportive. The coils in the seat cushion are awesome. The armrests are super comfortable too. My initial reaction is that I finally found a comfortable chair!

I tried this chair at a local store and bought through Amazon because it was cheaper. It is the most comfortable chair with adjustable lumbar support.

Very well built and very comfortable. I have a bad back and I am happy with my purchase.

The hydraulics are failing. The chair sinks all day. I would NOT purchase again.

I brought this chair in 2020 to study for USMLE Step1 back when it actually mattered for the score lol. I went to Office Depot with my then mother-in-law. Saw this chair and decided that it would be perfect for my step1 journey. I’m a plus size gal so this chair works well for me. It’s comfortable and has great back support. Now as the others have stated the lumbar support isn’t great. It almost feels like it’s in the wrong position like others have stated. Nonetheless this is a great chair. With that being said I’m not sure I would pay 300$ for this chair. It’s also way more expensive in Office Depot! It’s crazy how a lot of the office supplies have gone up since entering this WFH era. When my boyfriend brings my chair in I will take a picture. It has some usage on the leather but overall a great quality chair if you can find it at a reasonable price.

The good:- Adjustable: lumbar support, back leaning tension and seat height. I just received it so I cannot comment on loss of seat level setting or other reliability issues.The bad:- Poorly packed: deep indentation in one of the armrests. After several days still does not seem to fully recover.- Incorrectly assembled: I had to fully disassemble/reassemble an armrest because it was mounted in reverse. You will need your toolbox.- Low quality "bonded leather": dried out material, no resemblance to leather surface whatsoever.- Poorly designed casters: a hammer and an in-between piece of wood were necessary to set those casters in.My conclusion: Too expensive to deal with both its design and quality issues.
