Love this stuff. As good as when we got it in the Caribbean. Couldn’t be better.

Excellent flavor with a medium Caribbean burn. This won't burn out your tonsils but the flavor is insane. Goes on just about everything except pancakes and Cheerios. Highly recommended.

This is one of the best hot sauces I have had in a long time. It is so flavorful but is very spicy for some people but perfect for me. I find myself putting it on most dishes or snacks. Just had some wings obviously and they were spectacular.

Best sandwich hot sauce

I'm a bit of a latecomer, having discovered Matouk's Calypso Sauce only in the last few months. It is soooo good! What's really great about it is that, in addition to the heat, it has loads of flavor, not at all obscured by the heat. I'm discovering so many different uses for it. For instance, I made avocado toast for breakfast this morning: a large mashed avocado, lime juice, a bit of salt, a bit of pressed garlic, and a good slosh of Calypso sauce. It was outstanding!I'll most definitely be ordering it regularly in the future. Very highly recommended!

I first learned of this hot sauce when I was on the island of Trinidad working a job for 3-months. The calypso sauce is my favorite the company makes - the right amount of heat and good flavor. The scotch bonnet peppers they use are the best. I use it on my deer jerky !!!

I didn't notice the HOT HOT on the side of the bottle, and they weren't kidding, it is HOT. So, I just add a touch for a little bite. Wish it was less so, and then the flavors of the other ingredients would shine through.

Started eating breakfast with this sauce about five years ago and I can’t stop. Many friends have tried and are now true lovers as well. The hotter version doesn’t work for me. This is perfect!
