EXCELLENT & MUCH BEYOND VALUE FOR MONEY
I bought CROCODILE 304 grade 24x18'' in 2019. It's seven years now and still as good new. Very steady and very easy to clean. Steel quality is excellant. Almost soundless when we open the tap . It's very rare that a kitchen fitting like CROCODILE is working seamlessly for seven years with zero maintenance cost . Irrespective of how busy kitchen activity it's a great asset more than Value for money.

Decent Sink
Decent Quality basin, the rubber damping works. It reduces sound as well as water splashes. The size is big and can handle big utensils. After month of use i can see little bit of rust in a corner.

warranty service can be improved
Within 8 months of installation, the square coupler broken, and when we approached the seller for the replacement,initially they said warranty is not covered. But after 2 days they accepted to send only the check nut screw part. So we managed.

Good but has some issues
The sink is good, looking good, and size is also nice. But it has bent on one corner, unnoticeable, but the people who fit this to the kitchen counter found the dent and told us. I don't think it's a problem with the delivery or us. Because the package was sturdy, and well packed that could even withstand if it fell from 3 feet or 4 feet height. But the problem might be with a durability, because it has a dent before even using it. Or there might be a manufacturing defect. If so, I request the manufacturers to thoroughly check the item before packing, customers won't know the difference, but manufacturers and workers will know. It was urgent so we couldn't return the product, and also, except the durability everything is fine. Thank you for this product. It's nice, really nice, but can be improved.
