hi ! whats the difference between komo Fidibus and Komo classic grain mill ? thanks

I was just researching this for myself. The Classic has a larger motor and stones, plus a solid wood box (this is compared to the Fidibus 21 with smaller motor and laminate box). The KoMo "Medium" is a compromise. It has the laminate cabinet of the Fidibus 21, but the larger motor and stones of the classic. It is a way to save a few bucks and still get the performance of the larger mill.

Can it grind sprouted grains? Btw it says on the description that it grinds dried beans.

I have milled quinoa amaranth buckwheat all sorts of lentils; I also tend to mix in a tablespoon of dried spices such as cumin, fenugreek, allspice, black pepper along with the bulk of the above; the mill worked fine

Will this mill 00 flour for pizza?

Not 00 It will be little coarse. Good luck.
