Receive package from Amazon. Take item out of box. Set item on floor. Set guitar on item. DONE. My guitar looks so nice sitting next to the piano, safe and sound on its new little stand "home." Set-up couldn't be easier unless my UPS guy had opened the box and pulled it out FOR me - haha. I'm not worried about the back of my guitar getting scratched a little because I'm a 62-yrs young grandma and handle my items pretty gently. If I were a young rock 'n roll whippersnapper that tended to half "throw" the guitar back on the stand, I would probably think about gluing a small piece of felt to the part of the stand that could cause a scratch. Other than that TINY issue, there is no down side here that I can see. It's wekk made, sturdy, does what it's supposed to do and does it very well. I love it!

I use this every day for my guitar. It's very stable and small so when I'm practicing, it doesn't get in the way.I have put my ukulele in there too and it did alright. Haven't put my violin in there yet but I would imagine it would be ok.This would probably be great for gigs where you're switching a lot between instruments and just want them to sit on standby without having to hand it off to someone.

Not heavy duty but better than I had expected for the price. I have a fairly heavy electric and it seems quite stable. Wife said I couldn't just lay it on the couch anymore, was leaving a mark. This keeps it close at hand and saves the furniture.

Nice quality stand and looks well made. Other's have commented on the pad on the back marring the finish on the back of their guitars. I see no problems with that happening and would be more from not placing the guitar on the stand directly. I can see that happening if you slide it into position. The pad is made from a nice rubber material and no matter what it's made from would mar the finish if you slide it into position. This works fine as a guitar stand. I wouldn't buy it if I had some young kids running around. Without anything at the head of the guitar a child or for that matter an adult could knock it over fairly easily. Otherwise, it works fine.

It is what you see in the photo. I think it's not so delicate if you want to use it in a nice decorated living room, but it works how it has to. I have a classic acoustic guitar

I didn't know why I chose it, I just picked what I wanted for the lowest price possible, and I made the right decision. It works as well as the expensive ones I see at the stores.

This is a great little stand for it's money. I bought it for my electric which has been propped up against a wall all this time and it sits in it nicely. It's sturdy and neat and arrived quite quickly.

Looks good, sturdy yet light. I was going to use it on stage but liked it so much I swopped it for the one in the house....Ha ha!!

Very happy with it, no assembly necessary and it is perfect for my classical guitar.Would wholeheartedly recommend. It also has a nice rubber protection where the guitar rests.Good value indeed.

This is the second of these guitar stands that I've bought - recommendation in itself. They are sturdy and well-balanced. and just do the job simply and affordably. The cradle accepts pretty much any size/style of guitar or bass, and the top of the stand has a rubber pad to prevent any damage where the instrument leans against it. The foam tube covering on the support arms is beginning to show some wear on the first stand which I bought a year or so ago (hardly surprising when I play most days), but you can rotate it to extend its life - and it will be easy to replace if it ever gives up the ghost entirely. The A-frame itself is light and well-constructed (both my stands sit "true") and should last for years.
