The product works, have used it for years

I was very disappointed at the small size. I should have checked the ounces. I can get this a my local supermarket which is a larger size for the same price and supermarkets have higher prices for OTC for health aids.

Great product, but I ran out after about a week with just twice daily use, so it’s hard to justify the price if you are a frequent user.

I am very pleased with Arm & Hammer saline ... I do not believe I will ever go back to prescriptive medicine again to clear my sinuses. I have used a CPAP machine since 2015 and always suffered some sinus issues. Now I just use the saline rinse prior to going to sleep and it has helped greatly. WHEW I love it/

I've used every product known to man, including 14 years of steroid nasal sprays and every saline spray on the market, but this is different because of it's unique delivery of the spray and the extra salt. Very different results from the same product in the white can are simply due to more salt content. Several sprays of this will reduce swelling in nose and sinuses for sinus headache sufferers like me. I've been able to discontinue steroid nasal spray after 14 years! Use at first sign of headache instead of nasal decongestants and prescription sprays. Use as many times as you need to until headache stays gone. My doctor is thrilled. Also eliminated my ibuprofen habit. I keep a can at work, a can in my purse, a can upstairs, and a can downstairs. I use it 4 or 5 times most days. Wonderful!
