Not for me but will hold a lot.
It looked great. I sent it back as it was too big for what I needed. The bag itself had great pockets and looked nice though.

Another great bag from Wind Took
My brother works in IT and assisted with the review of another Wind Took laptop bag. That bag is perfect for his commute either on foot or on public transport. However, of the two he preferred this one for its design and function. I like the look of this one too, it does not have a draw cord but rather folds up to remain water proof, as another reviewer stated, although I did not think this detracted too much from the bag. Perhaps if you are using a laptop or similar device on public transport and your stop comes up quicker than you anticipated it is more convenient to have a draw cord to quickly close the bag but I dont think its a problem really. There are large pockets, for laptop/lunch/gym gear, all separate and the full depth of the bag. In terms of capacity this is a good bag for travel, you could carry a lot besides a laptop in this bag. The main means of securing/closing the bag are the buckle and strap combination, the straps on the close of the bag and the others for adjusting the length of the carry/shoulder straps, do not hang long from the bag or present any possible issue for getting caught in clothes or doors, at least in my experience. The straps and back are well padded, the distribution of the weight across the shoulders is good and it feels secure when you have the straps all adjusted to your individual height, shoulder span etc.The material is waterproof, and rubbery to the touch. As with other reviews I am going to update in time as to how well this bag deals with wear and tear over time. I expect it will prove durable over time though. My brother has commented about features on these bags that he personally does not use but may be useful to others. That is the power cable/usb cable slots at the side. Maybe less of an advantage in terms of the modern commuters need for tunes (its all ear pods these days), but having a power adapter wired to get a quick 20 mins blast of when on the bus of train is definitely a handy addition. Power pack not included! That said, I do think this is a handy feature though, either for when you are commuting or if you stash the bag at your feet or beneath your desk and charge a phone or device from it at that point. Its a matter of preference I would guess.Overall an excellent bag like the one we previously reviewed, I prefer this one but I suspect its largely a matter of style and taste as. Recommended.

Large and versatile bag
This is an oversized versatile backpack which whilst designed for school/work use could actually be used for a variety of purposes. Particularly useful is cabling to allow a phone to be charged on the road by connecting the cable to a power bank stored in the bag - you’ll need to provide your own power bank however! The quality of the bag is very good. The bulk of the backpack is made from grey water resistant polyester which so far has proven to be robust. My 13” Apple MacBook Pro easily fits in a section for a laptop up to around 16 inches. The laptop is held very securely in place. My only criticism is that the bag is a little too large. You’ll need to be tall to but it on your back comfortably partly because the bag sits slightly low on the back, but also due to its size. When compelled full the backpack is pretty heavy. So if you want a large and versatile backpack this product is certainly worth a look. Four stars.

Really roomy
The 707 has a different strap system, instead of hooks which I have had in the past from Windtook there are clips which I found a lot handier as the hooks tend to be quite fiddly. The clips like belt buckles are very easy to secure and unfasten. The backpack comes with a vast amount of room inside, very versatile and can be used for work, school or even day trips. Because of this the bag is quite big and would be suited more to taller people even though the top is a roll down. The shoulder straps are padded so it is fairly comfortable even if you have it packed. There are a lot of compartments for little items like card holders, it also comes with a USB cable to attach to a portable charger on the inside. The design of it is also nice and modern and would suit most day to day activities.

A stylish looking bag
This is a neat design and about the third backpack I have had from Wind Took and they have all been really good quality. This is another great product from Wind Took - a more formal looking rucksack than all of the others and quite structured in appearance and design. I think this is a great commuter bag, really good for walking / cycling to work thanks to the reflective tags.I don't think I will use the roll down top feature, which is a bit I would change if I could, but I like all of the other features and that it is a smart looking bag. There is plenty of room for my laptop and chargers, my iPad and the essential bits and bobs.

Wind Took Laptop Backpack - Excellent Quality - Plenty of Storage
The media could not be loaded. This is an excellent quality Backpack with plenty of storage that will easily accommodate a 15.6 Inch Laptop and has an external 3.0 USB port. I was most impressed with the Oxford polyester fabric that has been impregnated to make it super water repellent. The water just runs off this material and is also resistant to dirt. There is a hidden external zippered pocket that will fit a smartphone. This is a very smart looking Backpack ideal for students or business people and I highly recommend.

Other Than The Midget Carry Handle It Is Fine
The bag seems pretty well designed except for the carry handle which only is wide enough for three or four fingers, why?, it makes hand carrying it a pain especially when loaded. To keep the rain out you also have to roll up the top (like a dry bag) and use the two straps to keep it rolled down.Lots of compartments including two small ones in the shoulder straps (no chest of waist strap). If they had made the carry handle larger I would have gone for five stars.

Light and Slim, Good For Travelling
Do people still use schoolbags? Or does it have to be an all-weather PED (that's Personal Electronic Device) transporter with USB connectivity?Well, whatever, this is a cracking size for a schoolbag, not as heavy as a full laptop bag, with a surprisingly vibrant orange lining. Useful for a carry on bag, too, as it will fit in the smallest luggage guide.Sturdy, good looking, and a reasonable price - recommended.
