These Senitek pads are nowhere near the build quality of real Bose ear pads. As noted by other reviewers, the openings for your ears are smaller, and the foam is firmer than the real Bose pads. I could also see that the leatherette covers did not conform perfectly to the foam inside, leaving rectangular lumps in the edges in the cover instead of it being completely rounded. When installed on my QC15 headphones, the Senitek pads were noticeably smaller around the ears and did not conform well enough to my head to make a perfect seal. While wearing the headphones, it was immediately apparent that the noise cancellation of my QC15's was negatively impacted by the poor fitment of the Senitek ear pads. I was so unhappy with the quality and fit of the Senitek pads that returned them. I purchased real Bose replacements and have since installed them. The real Bose replacements were worth the $37 cost - they fit exactly as the original pads, and are nice and soft right out of the box and conform perfectly to my head like the originals did. I could tell it was not a matter of the Senitek pads needing break-in time to fit properly, since the Bose replacement pads were already the correct firmness and fit right out of the box. It's not worth saving $20 to buy the Senitek pads over the real Bose ones, when the small cost savings makes such good noise cancelling headphones into ill-fitting and much lesser performing ones. You are already a discerning customer if you bought such good headphones - don't skimp on the replacement parts. Make sure you buy the Bose pads from Bose and not from some no-name online reseller. There are plenty of counterfeit ear pads floating around that are the same quality as these Seniteks but being represented as real Bose. Make sure yours come in a sealed Bose box.

First of all, Senitek is a great company who produce excelent quality products.I bought these because a friend recommended to me Senitek, He bought these before March 2015 and they are still working and in perfect state (Very durable, more than original Bose), also these pads fit perfectly the QC15 and are easy to install.Mi original Bose cushions, lasted less than 2 years (22 Months). However Original Bose Pads are a little more large (See Photo) and are definitely softer. I have big ears, jejeje, so this is noticeable to me.Noise reduction is a little impacted by these pads (Just a little).So, my recomendation is, if you want the exact same thing, pay for that (More than double), however if you want to pay less, you have to be willing to be compromising something (In this case, losing a little bit here and there).

Decided to purchase after reading some of the reviews about them having a smaller opening (inside diameter) than the Bose/OEM ones. I did not think it would be an issue. WRONG This is indeed the case, see pictures in the review to see for yourself. The difference is small but enough for me to notice and feel uncomfortable. I have only worn them for 30 minutes so will use them longer to see how they feel. The OEM/Bose ones I can use on a 9 hour flight with no problem and not sure about these. The photos are trying to show the size difference from different views.They are easy to install but be careful you clip it into all the little hooks around the case. There are more than you think. After you get that done they look great.

My previous ear cushions I'd had since I bought my Bose AE2 headphones originally (several years ago), and they finally started disintegrating on me. I thought about buying a new set of headphones, but they still worked, so I did some research and found this product. I was somewhat skeptical that they would work. I also wasn't sure if they would fit the headphones, even though they said they were compatible with my rather old headphones.When they arrived, I was surprised by the small package that they came in. After opening the package, the replacement ear cushions looked in spectacular condition. I was still concerned about actually getting them to fit on the headphones. I had a little trouble getting them on. You have to really push them in to make sure they are secure. I couldn't necessarily hear a click, but I did feel around and made sure they weren't going to fall off.I used my headphones at work today, and they are SUPER comfortable. I'm so pleased that I found this solution to fixing my headphones. I'll definitely keep this in mind if I ever need replacement ear cushions again.My one complaint, though, is that the screen thing that goes over the actual speaker was a little big for my headphones. It still works, but it's not the best fit. Regardless, they stick there and work well enough. But this is my only complaint. Otherwise, I'm a very satisfied customer, and would highly recommend them.

They aren't as soft and don't seal around the ear as well as the original Bose cushions, but they've been good for a while now and are good value for the cost. They were relatively easy to install and I've had no issues with them so far.

Compared to the ones supplied by Bose, the quality of these does not seem that good. And they are definitely costly!
