Smart Self Balance Scooter Personal Transporter 19 inch All Terrain Tires

Here it sits boxed up ready to be returned still waiting for Farless to take back my used scooter that replaced the new one that I revived with the wrong mother board. I hate this product the owner of the company did everything he could to try and make me happy but what he should have done was returned my money and taken his scooter back. After I sent my first one back he sent me another one that he road tested and guaranteed me it was a good one ? The thing does weird stuff when u riding that included excessive beeping a shut down that feels like ur going face first then it comes back up u have to slow way down to turn because it jerks so hard it will throw u off if u don’t it’s so heavy I can’t hardly lift it into my truck and it’s to wide to go threw a door ! HATE IT WISH I HAD NEVER BOUGHT IT

Am disabled, this wonderful product has allowed me to go further “on foot” than I have been for years. My dogs are finally able to run while on walks with me. A life changer. Best choice by far. Would recommend to anyone limited by fate. Hop on and go see your neighbors. Just kidding.

came nicely packaged, easy to assembly, was riding it within hour of getting it, comfortable, ride is quiet, solid construction, very well made, love the color and goes fast enough and easy to maneuver. Worth the money and free shipping

I've Segwayed many times for tours; Downtown, Gettysburg Battlefield and Hocking Hills but an occasional ride just doesn't satisfy the urge. So, I looked into buying a Segway (an all terrain) * Sticker Shock! Was delighted to find this at 1/3 the cost, also, I could only find used older Segway X2's (all terrain). The grandchildren love it!4 stars only because it arrived missing two screws but a call to the seller and screws were quickly sent; a temporary fix was offered by him during the call for immediate use. Additionally, it was making a rattling sound on the right side while riding. After tightening all accessible screws, bolts and nuts, it was still there, so I removed the hub and tire to check the motors internal bracket but these were all tight. So I applied some grease to the spall and re-torqued the wheel nut, reassembled the hub and the rattle disappeared.Some slight assembly is required, all wrenches are provided and an initial charge before riding.I'm a little concerned with the charging; when I plug the charging plug into the charging port, I hear a sharp snap of current (similar to a short), and the charger shows a green light as if fully charged, then I plug the charger into the wall receptacle and it snaps again and a small visual spark can be seen but the charging light turns red (charging) and runs normally finishing with a green (charged) light. Not sure if this is a miss wired battery, regulators or bad charger.

Delivered in good shape easy to assemble, battery had almost a full charge, learned to ride it in a few minutes, has a beginners and expert mode. We broke the kick stand the 1st day, they quickly responded to my email and I received a new one in a few days. I would buy again.

I fell off and compound fractured my rt little finger, knee ,elbow, wrist guards should come with them.

Easy to put together and very easy to ride. Simpler than an actual segway, and a lot less expensive! Highly recommend this scooter.
