Very easy to screw on and install. No leaks. The new filter increased my cold water pressure/flow rate. Old filter was dirty and water was barely trickling out.

Used it in our travel trailer., was easy to replace the old one and works wonderfully.

Could not get unit to seal, tightened until fitting on filter broke off. Close inspection revealed the fittings at each end are just nipples with a much smaller fitting threaded into the filter which presents a weakness. I have a spool piece that can be inserted in place of the filter that permits faucet usage until filter replacement. Put this back on which sealed back perfectly after removing broken and brand new filter. Wasted $38 unless I can find another reducer to replace broken one. This setup could be stronger as there is plenty of room for a larger male connection on filter.Update - 4/3/2017 - Ordered another unit - this time item https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002UC2XZ6/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 which uses quick disconnect. First one (yes - I've gone through two of these!) came with broken fittings. Someone who tried to use this unit found that the fittings broke easily. I called Camco and asked customer support rep where I could fine replacement fittings. He told me I couldn't purchase seperately and suggested I return the unit for exchange. I did and the unit I got the other day had a broken fitting, but otherwise looked brand new. The package was sealed so I don't believe it was a return. This time one of the quick disconnects on the filter was broken underneath the sealing rubber o-ring. There was a small plastic ring bouncing around in the box, the end of the fitting. The groove cut in this plastic fitting for the o-ring presents a VERY weak point which clearly will just pop off easily. Box was not damaged so I don't know how it was broken, but close inspection reveals it wouldn't take much to break it.So now I have two of these, one with threaded connectors and one with quick disconnects and both have broken fittings. VERY poor product with VERY poor support. My suggestion is look elsewhere for some other type of filter, perhaps one that uses a more robust filter housing with a replaceable filter insert.

This is an excellent replacement for the under sink filter, it was easy to install, fit perfectly and filters put particulates with no charcoal taste.

Been a great product the last 5 times i bought it. This time i noticed water on the floor under sink. The glue bonding the seam together hadStarted to fail and it was dripping. Wont be buying these here anymore
