Harder, stronger nails
I’ve always had fine hair and thin nails (genetics on my mom’s side). But a recent bout of eczema got into my nail beds on both hands, and made my nails rice paper thin; I was worried that they would never grow normally again. Once the eczema had cleared up, I tried topical nail strengtheners, including several from Amazon and a prescription from my dermatologist, with little or no results. Then I tried going at it from a nutritional standpoint; I added these keratin capsules to my nightly supplements, and in a little over a month my nails have gone from fragile and bendable to thick and solid. These capsules really made all the difference.

Small, easy to swallow pill. I've been getting this brand for a long time now and have it on auto ship. Seems to be a trustworthy company and the price is good as well.

Whoopee! I have hair.
I have over processed my frizzy, unruly hair for most of my life, from burning it in the 70's with some white gloop that made me cry, to some Japanese product that not only took all day, robbed me of my money, and I later found out it was full of formaldehyde. At least my brain is partially embalmed. Needless to say, my hair was falling out.....Until I started using Keratin and stopped being so angry at my hair. Now handfuls don't come out in the shower. Try it you too can have a better relationship with your hair.

Great for hair skin and nails.. except for 1 concern
This is a great product- however the paper safety seal was missing. I order the product very often and this is the 1st time I’ve ever had this issue. The product itself is great. Want dying nails, hair and beautiful skin? This is the best product I’ve ever used.

Been using this for a month, and I've noticed that my hair has grown faster. I went to get a trim and my hair dresser asked me if I've been drinking Miracle Grow, because my hair has really grown out. The caplets are tiny, so they are very easy to swallow. I take these along with a multi B vitamin. Will buy these again!
