I Was sold a very worn down smelly pillow!!!
Bought this pillow following many good reviews in here. However the day it arrived, when I took out of the box to see and try, a strong smell of cigarettes hit me on the face. I can't believe the seller sold me used and worn out pillow! On touch the pillow felt very soft and well used. And on investigation, the inside pillow was noted to be turning yellow that I can only think that could be neck sweat. GROSS!!!! Returning the rubbish back to the seller. Glad I did not buy this pillow last minute before my holiday. Will buy the same pillow but not form this seller. The seller does not even deserve one star.

Wish I could give it more stars
For boring reasons I sometimes have to sleep upright in my bed and though I think the pillow is not 100% comfortable to sit in whilst awake. It comes into its own as you drift off, it doesn't get in the way as you drift off, and best of all, I dont get a stiff neck yayyyyy. Best travel pillow ive come across. If you are looking for a great pillow that fits into its own bag and stops stiff necks. Then look no further, you've found it

The most disgusting thing I have ever received!! :-( :-(
I actually still feel sick :-(I have ordered a lot of items from Amazon Warehouse before and as it was described as AS NEW I thought it would be fine as I love memory foam for comfort and I have a holiday very soon so I needed it quicklyOn arrival I COULD NOT BELIEVE WHAT I SAW WHEN I OPENED THE PACKED the 'neck pillow' was a hard , scrunched up , yellowed , mouldy , disgusting screwed up piece of misshapen hard 'foam' and even when left for a few days to see if it would improve , no , it was just as disgusting as when it arrived! :-(

Very comfortable pillowGot delivery very quick. I used this pillow for my flight to Asia. It is soft and has a good supporting for my head and neck, which saved my life during the long journey. In the past, I purchased other travel inflating pillows, but they are too soft or firm, which is difficult to adjust. This time I think I get the pillow as I imagined it would be.Love this memory foam pillow! Closely surrounding my neck and easy to pack to the enclosed bag. I picked a blue one, it looks decent. The foam pillow is in a very good quality and a very smooth feeling.

This is a great item. It is small
This is a great item. It is small, portable and comfortable.I was surprised to find out that the quality of this memory foam pillowwas much better than its modest price would suggest. As a frequent flyer, I have used this pillow on many (10+ hours) international flights It issoft and really molds to my neck during the flight and I feel much less neckstrain as a result. Get this pillow if you are going to take a long trip.so impressed purchase another one. Would definetly recommend and extremely comfy and good neck support.

Nicely made but too loose for me
Very nice material and it is definitely made well, however the pillow is far too big for me (5'4" woman) and I can tell that if I tried to sleep in this my head would fall straight down as it offers absolutely no chin support and is too loose on the sides, even with the ties at the front tied up as tight as possible. Just too loose and big, am returning.

A nice soft velvety travel pillow
A nice soft velvety travel pillow. It is incredibly comfortable. I am glad it is not inflatable pillow because that can get incredibly annoying. There are two adjustable strings hanging on each side so realistically it helps someone who struggles with things slipping off. It is actually really comfortable. Nice memory foam feeling. Bounces back to place but firm at the same time. The fabric is smooth and moreover it folds away (with a little effort) into the travel pouch so travelling with it is so easy.
