Excellent Smart Switch and Great Home Assistant Integration
I purchased this SONOFF smart switch as part of a home automation project, and it has worked extremely well.The installation was straightforward, although it does require a neutral wire, so it's important to verify your wiring before purchasing. Once installed, the switch connected to my Wi-Fi network without any issues and was easy to configure using the eWeLink app.What I like most about this switch is its integration with Home Assistant. After adding it to my smart home setup, I was able to create automations, schedules, and voice controls that work reliably every day. The response time is fast, whether I control it from the wall, my phone, or through automations.The glass touch panel looks modern and gives the room a clean and premium appearance. Great smart switch!
SmartThings changing to edge killed my Wink Relay support so I needed to find a replacement wall switch with the capability of controlling multiple switches. I actually needed 3 for one wall and the Sonoff TX was inexpensive and did exactly what I needed.Installation was very straight forward, super simple.There is no direct support within smartthings, however; SmartThings does support a link to eWeLink so this is how I’ve got it running.Pool light, deck light, and foliage lighting are programmed to my 3 buttons and are set on schedules (dusk - 1am) as well as door sensor triggers.Works great, and very inexpensive. Looking forward to grabbing the TX Ultimate in the future!

Three switches in one gang but dim lights
I am using this in an application where I couldn’t add more switches (couldn’t replace the box) or more wires. I am using it with Home Assistant and have refreshed it with ESPHome firmware. Each button controls a smart light. There are a couple issues. One is that the lights are pretty dim so using it in a brute-ish room mess you look for the fingerprints to see where the switches are. The second is less of an issue for “normal” use. If you touch a switch too long an internal beeper beeps. This is the beeper that provides feedback if you have the wireless remote. If you’re trying to be dance with home automation and want to use the top and bottom switches for brightness controls, the beeper beeps. Incidentally the relays are connected to the same GPIO pins as the switch lights. Overall a good switch.
