Simply roll down you car window, place the pair of brackets on the window, roll the window up to secure the brackets in place, lay snow skis or fishing rods on the bracket, stretch the attached shock cords over the skis or rods and hook the ball on the end of the shock cords in the notch on the brackets. Simple as 123.
