After researching on the net for a capsule coffee maker I zeroed on to this one. And believe me, it exceeded my expectations in all spheres. Be it the build quality or the ease of extracting perfect espresso or ease of cleaning, this little machine ticks all the boxes. As for durability, will have to wait a little longer. Initial impression, go for it

After a year the machine started leaking. We contacted customer support, a ticket was open and then quickly closed with no resolution provided. After sending video of the machine leaking we were amazed when we were told that is expected.When they first came to market we bought the product and we were in awe of the amazing customer support they were providing. In the meantime the customer base grew so probably they are not customer focused anymore. That's a shame!

I've been using this machine for a month now with a variety of Nespresso compatible pods and it works great. Good crema in the extraction as well.
