This is a great foundation to build off of but at the end ...
Its a decent book to help a beginner have an understanding. This is a great foundation to build off of but at the end of the day you have to do what feels right and set the intent and energies in everything you do. This book helps you find a good place to start and build from.

Good Sourcebook
What I like about this book is that it's straightforward and offers several possibilities for how to come at different operations, but you can find the "shape" for how to do these different things and go from there (or adapt them to your practice).
