Smart looking light, with a nice finish. Would buy again.

Just the right size for my table lamp. As it it a small lampshade you do need the small bulbs to fit inside the shade.

This cage shade is beautiful. I’m so pleased I chose this one. The only thing I will say, addressing the other reviews really, is that it isn’t the easiest to put the bulb in. When I first got it I was disappointed as I thought I wouldn’t be able to get the bulb I wanted inside the shade, because without undoing the little bolts only a small or narrow bulb would have fit. But I undid all the bolts instead and managed to put a good bulb inside. Shame there wasn’t an easier way because I know it’s going to annoy me when it comes to replacing the bulb, and I had to use my little pair of pliers carefully because most of the bolts were tighter than finger tight. Not the best design for replacing the bulb, which is why I’ve only given it 4 stars. But the shade does look really lovely.

Wire cage added to the retro look, pliers/ grips required to dismantle the cage in order to fit the lamp, not difficult to do.

The item itself look nice and is sturdy material but I didn't realise and it isn't obvious that you need a specifically small bulb. Any bulb with a diameter over 40mm will not fit inside, I assumed the bottom would screw off as this is how it appears in the photo but the bolts are not removable. Personally I think having such a small bulb will look daft, a big cage for a bigger bulb really.

these look amazing however very hard to undo the bolts in order to fit the light bulbs in. Also take care when once undone stretching the wires as one snapped off completely
